Policy Components
- Preventative Health Incentive Program (PHIP): Annual rebates for adults 60 and older who engage in strength, mobility, or wellness programs.
- Free Community Gym Access (from Age 60): Free membership to local council or participating gyms with access to strength equipment, classes, and support.
- Community Longevity Coaches: Personalized support for seniors to build and maintain strength routines and stay socially engaged.
- AI Health Companions: AI-based assistants offering reminders, tracking, and encouragement for daily health practices.
- Home Design for Lifelong Strength: Mandatory stairs or mini-step levels in all new homes unless medically exempt.
- Home Safety Upgrade Grants: Support for fall-prevention improvements including lighting, flooring, grab rails, and smart sensors.
- Stronger for Longer Rewards: Rebates and recognition for maintaining or improving mobility and strength scores.
- Community Infrastructure for Healthy Aging: Investment in walkable streets, seating, green spaces, and intergenerational hubs.
